The Municipal council is composed of (40) municipal officials including the president, the 1st Deputy, the Chief of the district of ELMNIHLA and (15) deputies.

They meet in 4 ordinary sessions (February, May, July and November) and in extraordinary sessions every time that it is judged useful.
